For in-person consultations, our office is conveniently located in Canary Wharf. We recommend booking ahead to ensure an advisor is available when you visit.
All consultations can also be conducted via secure video call, which many clients find more convenient. The service quality and attention you receive is identical regardless of how we meet.
Getting to Our Office
By Tube
Canary Wharf station (Jubilee line) is a 4-minute walk. Exit via the North Colonnade and head towards Meridian Place. Our building is on your left past the fountain.
By Bus
Routes 135, 277, D3, D7, and D8 all stop at Canary Wharf. The bus station is adjacent to the shopping centre—follow signs for Meridian Place.
By DLR
Heron Quays or West India Quay stations are both within walking distance. From Heron Quays, walk north through the underpass toward Meridian House.
By Car
Limited parking is available at nearby car parks. The closest is Jubilee Place Car Park on Cartier Circle. Street parking is scarce—we recommend public transport.

Yes. Family members, carers, or friends can make initial contact on your behalf. For ongoing work, we'll need written authorisation from you to discuss your case with them.
Yes. There's no charge for asking questions or discussing whether our services might suit your situation. Fees only apply once you book a formal assessment.
In exceptional circumstances, yes—particularly for clients with mobility issues or health conditions that make travel difficult. There's an additional fee for home visits within Greater London. Please mention this in your enquiry.
We serve clients throughout the United Kingdom. While our physical office is in London, video consultations mean geography is no barrier. UK benefits rules apply nationally, so we can assist regardless of where you live.
Accessibility Information
Our Canary Wharf office is fully wheelchair accessible with step-free access from street level. Accessible toilets are available on the same floor as our offices. If you have specific accessibility requirements, please let us know when booking and we'll ensure everything is in place for your visit.
For clients who are deaf or hard of hearing, we can arrange BSL interpreters with advance notice. Documents can be provided in large print or alternative formats upon request.
